We strive to create stunning designs for every order, using the freshest flowers and plants possible. Because of the perishable nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds for flowers or plants. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to make things right!

Substitutions

We will do our best to fulfill your order according to the design specified. Flowers are subject to seasonal availability & supply chain constraints. If any floral element is not available, we will substitute with a suitable alternative, while matching color & style as closely as possible.
