Online orders

Once we receive your order, we will review it to ensure date availability prior to processing payment.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will be not be charged until we review and accept your order.

If you choose to pay via Invoice, you will be invoiced after we review and accept your order.

Delivery for online orders

Delivery charges for online orders include delivery only. Set-up & Installation are not included in delivery charges. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to add Set-up & Installation to your order.

Refunds for online orders

Online orders are fully refundable until 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. After that, online orders may be fully or partially refundable, depending on the circumstances. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions about your order.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund payment in full.

Design & availability

We will do our best to fulfill your order according to the design details you provide (pictures, colors, and flower preferences).

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If any of your preferred flowers are not available, we will substitute with a suitable alternative.

Full-service orders

Full-service orders are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the contract/proposal.
